The personal was nice and courteous. Location: the hotel was close enough to main market and the shops and restaurants. For evening meal I visited South Indian Canteen, since it was right at the venue.

that was great hotel set in market area, really close to railway station, the shops and restaurants, and shivajinagar. its location not too far away from an opulent hindu temple was exceptionally nice. we spent very very good time and did not want to leave.
Could not be improved in any way.

The staff here was friendly and provided excellent service, the location is convenient being close to a historical fort, and it's only half a mile from the airport.

Located in a busy market area and surrounded by restaurants and shops. the rooms are decently sized and staff try their best to ensure a comfortable stay. Some rooms have coffee makers and charging points.
There are issues with hygiene in the bathrooms and the sound of the TV can be distracting.

Received two complementary drinks upon arrival and a welcome gift. the hotel is located near popular restaurants and shops in a convenient area. Room was larger than expected with a comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi connection.
The hotel staff was unprofessional and did not address issues promptly. There were several cleanliness issues such as hair found on the bed and in the bathroom.
